Flooded Office in Norco, CA.

This flooded office in Norco, CA was the result of a broken toilet valve. The amount of water extended to a connected neighbor office. The carpet and walls were saturated with moisture and quick action needed to be taken in order to prevent further damages. SERVPRO of Corona responded quickly. Technicians began placing blocks under furniture to prevent damage and other technicians began extracting water from the carpet. In the beginning of emergency services, our clients were concerned to what extent would the water damage prevent them from operating their business.  Our technicians assured them that a dry down plan was in place and that they would accommodate workable sections so that they wouldn't have to stop operating their business. Our clients were relieved they could continue doing business while our SERVPRO of Corona technicians assessed the water damage.
