Water Damage to Tile Floor due to Heavy Rains

This home sustained water damage as result of heavy rain. The rain traveled underneath the home and seeped into the slab affecting the kitchen tile floor and living room laminate floor. Due to the amount of moisture found within the floor as shown in our moisture meter, the tile and laminate had to be removed. Upon removing tile floor, vinyl flooring was found underneath and had to be removed as well. Our SERVPRO of Corona crew were able to arrive at the property quickly and got to work immediately in order to save other materials that could potentially get wet such as cabinets and furniture.
